This time the Kids are showing you the right, wrong, and crazy way to work on your fitness while at the playground. Is your kid a Doofy, Dinah, or Dorkface?

Our Favorite Exercises
While the Kids are huge fans of screentime, they have still found the time to get their exercise in this summer. Here are some of their favorites:
- playing Pokemon GO
- Climbing everything in sight
- Splashing at Aquatica
- Playing chase at school while mommy is in meetings
- Walking around SeaWorld and climbing the rope playground
- Chasing each other around the house
- Cosmic Kids Yoga
We have been trying to work in more fitness and activities to go along with our #EatItOrStave Movement (if you haven’t joined, you should!). It doesn’t do you much good to eat good and not get moving. Another way the Kids are planning to work on their fitness is by joining their school’s running club. They want to make sure that our family is prepared for the school 5K fundraiser in November.
