Simple Teacher Appreciation Gifts

Teachers are amazing.

They do amazing things for our kids each day from teaching them everything from the alphabet to the periodic table. They break up fights. They dry tears. They sing songs. And tell jokes. They grade papers well into the night. They spend their evenings and weekends coaching and going to continuing education programs.

Teachers are amazing.

Teacher Appreciation Week is May 2-6, 2016, it is time to make sure they know how much you appreciate them.

You don’t have to get some huge, expensive gift either. Here are a few of my favorite, inexpensive teacher appreciation gifts.

Simple Teacher Appreciation Gifts

A big bowl of fruit for your child’s teacher’s team! This idea from Real Mom Nutrition is the perfect way to start off the week with something healthy.

Teacher Appreciation - Apple Jar

How about a little something sweet like this apple jar from The 36 Avenue? This takes the term candy apple to a whole new level. And let’s face it, everyone has a mason jar hanging around the house!

Teacher Appreciation - Mani Thanks

Or maybe your teacher could use a little pampering. How about this manicure gift from Hip2Save? Grab a couple nail polishes and an emory board and put them in a cute jar or box before giving them to your teacher.

Teacher Appreciation - Coffee

Is your teacher the one who ALWAYS has a cup of coffee in his/her hand? Try this coffee cup wrap from i should be mopping the floor. Adorable and functional.

Teacher Appreciation - Thank You

The best (and cheapest) gift of all to give your child’s teacher is to tell them THANK YOU. Make sure that they know they are appreciated and that you see all of their hard work.

What are you going to be doing for your child’s teacher this year? What is your favorite way to say Thanks?
